TruSync is part of the suite of e-commerce applications developed by Studio 1119, Inc. to help business owners overcome nagging day-to-day problems. We develop these applications internally and in partnership with other companies, always with our end customers in mind.
Our team is dedicated to YOUR success...it is why we do what we do. We subscribe to Les Brown's quote "if you want to achieve your dreams, help other people achieve theirs".
TruSync exists because we watched the problem happen to people we care about. Fifteen years ago, Jim helped his best friends launch ScandinavianShoppe.com and has helped guide the business ever since. When the store's data connector suddenly broke its QuickBooks customer list in January 2026, they went back to cutting and pasting orders — and we went to work building something better. Every feature in TruSync was born inside a real storefront, not on a product roadmap.

Jim Boudreau - Co-Founder, CEO
Jim Boudreau is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in launching and scaling ventures, brands, and business units across technology, consumer products, and services. He has held executive roles with Agrify Corporation, Chasm Advanced Materials, A.T. Cross, Sega of America, and Espion, Inc., and has advised numerous companies as a consultant. An expert in strategic planning, sales, marketing, and leadership development, Jim has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University, mentoring over 600 students. He holds an MBA from Northeastern University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma.
Rob Mathews - Co-Founder, CTO
Rob is an innovative technology leader with deep expertise in AI, software architecture, and scalable cloud systems. As Founder of Just AI Consulting and former VP of Software Development at Good Measures, he has built secure, high-performance solutions across AWS, GCloud, and Azure. Rob’s career spans over two decades leading remote engineering teams, pioneering zero-trust AI infrastructures, and developing prompt-engineering and red-teaming frameworks. He holds multiple U.S. patents for large-scale messaging and AI-driven nutrition systems, and is recognized for transforming complex systems into secure, high-efficiency platforms that drive measurable business impact.
