TruSync billing runs through the platform you installed from — the Shopify or Wix subscription system, the BigCommerce or Amazon marketplace (billed via Stripe), or Stripe directly for a WooCommerce or eBay install.

Free trial

New TruSync accounts start with a free trial before billing begins, so you can see order sync, inventory sync, and a full billing cycle of reconciliation working before committing.

Changing or cancelling your plan

Manage your plan from the same platform you installed through — for example, a Shopify install is managed from your Shopify admin’s app subscriptions, and a direct Stripe-billed install is managed from TruSync’s billing settings.

Will I be charged during the trial?

No, you won’t be charged until the trial ends.

What happens to my synced data if I cancel?

Transactions already created in QuickBooks stay as they are — cancelling stops future syncing, it doesn’t undo past syncs.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes, from wherever your plan is managed (see above); contact support from your dashboard if you’re not sure which platform is billing you.
